Picture this: You're walking down the sidewalk, minding your own business, when you catch a glimpse of a flashing orange-yellow light. Oh, no! A maintenance go-cart is coming your way!

What should you do? To your left is a pile of day old snow. To your right is a mud puddle. And coming straight for you is a glorified golf cart with two angry looking maintenance workers riding inside.

Admittedly, it probably won't hurt you to get your feet wet or stand in snow, but that's not the point. The point is: why don't the maintenance guys be a little more considerate to us students?

How hard would it be for the maintenance carts to drive in the grass? How difficult would it be for them to wait and let you scoot around them?

And what is up with those big white vans totally taking over the sidewalk? They leave absolutely no room to get around them.
