  • Structure protocol for evaluation process and performance review
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews of all members individually
  • Conduct entrance and exit interviews with all members
  • Uphold strong confidentiality standards and establish and uphold protocol
  • Organize and facilitate extracurricular group building activities
  • Address external inquires from interested candidates about the selection process
