- Develop and review the application and screening processes
- Create and utilize a feedback system to improve synergy within and between the Operations and Financial Divisions
- Structure protocol for evaluation process and performance review
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of all members individually
- Conduct entrance and exit interviews with all members
- Uphold strong confidentiality standards and establish and uphold protocol
- Organize and facilitate extracurricular group building activities
- Address external inquires from interested candidates about the selection process
