This Fall, Radford University opens the doors of the Covington Center for Visual and Performing Arts. The facility will be among the most technologically advanced centers for the arts in Southwest Virginia. RU¹s Board of Visitors, President Penelope W. Kyle, the Arts Society, donors, and the faculty, staff and students of the College of Visual and Performing Arts have worked diligently to ensure this building will not only provide opportunities for learning, but will be an inspirational and transforming arts venue for Southwest Virginia and beyond.

The Covington Center features:

350-seat Performance Hall

Rehearsal Rooms

Teaching Studios

Music Media Center

Art Gallery

You have a rare opportunity to honor a loved one, a friend, a mentor or an organization by arranging for a plaque to be placed on a seat in the Performance Hall in the Covington Center.
