Staff

The Coordinator, Lee Carter,  is responsible for coordination the office; presenting to various groups on alcohol and sexual assault issues; advising RU Peer Educators; coordinating campus-wide awareness events; consulting with students, faculty, staff, and parents; providing information, counseling, referral and support to students; and participating in university committees related to alcohol and sexual assault issues.  Her phone number is 831-5709.

The RU Aware Program Coordinator, Michael McGee, administers the Alcohol and other Drug policy violators intervention program.  The coordinator is responsible for tracking the students; providing information, referral, and support to students; and supervising graduate students conducting exit interviews.  His phone number is 831-5188.

The office is also staffed by two Graduate Assistants, Amanda Davis and Christiana Stafford. They assist in planning, promoting and implementing Campus Awareness events, conducting exit interview counseling, assisting with the RU Peer Educators, maintaining the website, and various other activities in the office.  Rebecca Bleh, Rebecca Evans, Brandon Gross, Amber Dorsey, Katherine Harbold, and Amin Faiz are Interns in the Substance Abuse and Sexual Assault Education Office.
