Washington is located in the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus and houses some 200 students of all class levels. A section of the third floor  is reserved for ROTC students. The University Services Center  includes offices, garages, a warehouse and storage space for the Facilities Management division. This building also houses Materiel Management and Contracts and the Accounts Payable office. Tyler Hall, located in the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus, accommodates 166 students and several administrative offices. These include Residential Life, the Disability Resource Office, Substance Abuse/Sexual Assault Education, and the Center for Counseling and Student Development. Stuart is in the Governor's Quadrangle of residence halls. Stuart Hall is themed to compliment the College of Information Science and Technology.  This theme is reinforced with a computer lab on the lower level and the advising center for the College of Information Science and Technology located just off the lobby.  Stuart Hall offers easy access for physically challenged students. Pocahontas Hall is one of the Moffett Quadrangle of residence halls. Peery Hall is one of the residence halls in the Governor's Quadrangle at RU. Norwood Hall is part of the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus. It has 60 rooms housing 120 students and provides special accommodations for physically-challenged students. It has air-conditioning and is reserved for upper-class students. Moffett Hall houses some 360 students in its two wings and sits at the head of the Moffett Quadrangle. The Student Health Center is operated on the ground level of the building. Madison is a residence hall located in what is known as the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus. Jefferson is a residence hall located in what is known as the Main Quadrangle on the RU campus. Ingles Hall is one of the Moffett quadrangle of residential halls. It houses approximately 130 students and is easily accessible to physically-challenged students. Draper Hall is one of the Moffett quadrangle of residential halls. The Cook Hall of International Education houses the Office of International Education and a number of academic departments dealing with global curricula. Several administrative offices are located in the Buchanan House, including the Honors Program and the Appalachian Regional Studies Center. Bolling Hall is one of the Moffett Quadrangle of residential halls. The art annex houses an art studio and supplements the facilities of the Silverman Fine Arts Center in Porterfield Hall. One of the signature buildings on campus, Muse Hall is a high-rise residence hall and also contains a large dining facility, a large banquet room and workout facilities in its 303,000 square feet of space.  Muse Hall is a smoke-free living environment.
