Diplomas:

Diplomas will be mailed to your permanent address by mid-July.  Ensure your address is correct and that you have no blocks on your account by checking the Student Information System.  Outstanding obligations to RU must be cleared before your diploma will be mailed.

Degrees will be posted in the database as students are cleared for graduation beginning the week after commencement.  This is an ongoing process and it takes several weeks for all students to be processed.  While final grades will be posted to your online degree audit, your online records will not show that a degree has been conferred.

Transcripts:

You may request transcripts from our office that can be held to have your degree posted on them. The transcript request form is online at Transcript Request Form.  IMPORTANT:  check the box on the form that says "Please hold my transcripts for the following information: degree posting".
