Dates & Deadlines

Important Undergraduate and Graduate dates and deadlines that will affect the conferral of your degree (your graduation) are shown below.  It is your responsibility as a student to ensure that the deadlines shown here, in the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs, on course syllabi, and other websites are met.

TODAY: Undergraduate students

You should have already checked the online degree audit to ensure you have met your graduation requirements as stated on the Graduation Requirements link in this website.

November 21: Graduate students

        Thesis final draft is due today in Lucas Hall for formatting review.

December 12: Graduate students

All information pertaining to your academic record must be completed by this date, including incomplete grade changes, program changes, Comprehensive Exam reports, Thesis defense reports, and final Thesis copies that must be turned in to the Graduate College.

December 17:  All students (Grad and Undergrad)

Incomplete grades from previous terms will be converting to an "F" and incomplete grades received for this  term will  prevent you from graduating.  If you have any incomplete grades on your record YOU WILL BE DELETED from graduation and you must reapply for graduation the term in which your incomplete grade will be changed.

January 20, 2009: Undergraduate students

If you completed your final courses at another school with permission, an OFFICIAL transcript that reflects successful completion of the course must be received by our office by this date. This must be mailed to following address:

January 20, 2009:  Graduate students

If you completed your final courses at another school with permission, an OFFICIAL transcript that reflects successful completion of the courses must be received by the Graduate College by this date.
