Radford University is installing a new administrative computer system to better serve our students, faculty, staff, and alumni.  This very large system requires significant staff time to implement.  We appreciate your understanding as we prepare for improved services with our new administrative system.

On certain days key staff may be unavailable for direct phone contact or immediate e-mail responses.  During the extended system implementation period, there may be delays in responses for assistance.  All staff members will respond to e-mails or phone messages as soon as possible and usually by the following day.  Please know that we are committed to serving our "clients" effectively and as quickly as possible.
