- Do you provide unofficial transcripts?

- What do I do if I can't find my question?
Do you provide unofficial transcripts?
- No, we do not provide anything unofficial. However, if you are a current student you may print off unofficial transcripts using the Records portion of the Student Information System.
-Top - Can I get my transcripts same day?
- The standard processing time is 5-7 business days.
-Top - How can I get my transcripts?
- We require a written request as well as a signature for the release of all transcripts. We do have a form that can be completed.
-Top - Why can't I just tell you I want my transcripts?
- We cannot accept a verbal request for transcripts as we require written documentation of a request.
-Top - I'm having problems accessing your form what can I do?
- A pop-up blocking system is installed on your computer preventing the forms from being viewed.
- Disable your pop-up blockers and attempt to open the forms again.
- If the problem persists contact ITR (Information Technology Resources) for help.
- If you have further problems concerning the form you may send a handwritten request with the following information included:
- Full legal name and any maiden or former names
- Social Security number
- Student ID
- Approximate dates of attendance
- Degree(s) awarded
- Quantity of transcripts requested
- Addresses of locations to send transcripts
- Daytime phone number
- Legal signature
-Top - I haven't received my transcripts and it has been more than 5-7 business days, why?
- If you've faxed or mailed in your request processing is started the day after we receive it. Standard processing time does not include weekends as the office is only open Mon. - Fri.
- It is also possible that you have block on your account that needs to be removed before the transcripts can be prepared.
- It is also possible that you supplied incomplete information
- If the latter two are found to be an issue you will receive notification
-Top - What do I do if I can't find my question?
- Email your question to registra@radford.edu for an answer and if enough people have the same question it might end up here.
