Online Class Roster Information

To view your class rosters, go to Radford's Portal at https://www.portal.radford.edu, and log in. Then click on the Student Info tab. If you have any pop-up blocker programs installed on your computer, you will need to allow campusonline.radford.edu. Once you've logged on to the Student Information System, you should then see a tab titled "Classes".  From there it is pretty much self explanatory.  You can view your class rosters (which are sortable), you can download your class roster to Excel, and you can e-mail all of your students from this screen. Please note, however, that if you have a class enrollment larger than 100, you may not be able to e-mail the entire class at once – this has been identified as a Microsoft Outlook limitation.  If using Outlook, you may have to send an e-mail to a smaller population of students instead of using the "Select all students" button, by placing a check by the student’s name. While I'm sure you’ll find the on-line class rosters helpful, please know that we don’t yet have the capability of using them to solicit attendance feedback.  For the short term, the Registrar’s Office will still need to solicit this information from you a few times each semester via a hardcopy scantron roster.
