  • Activity space a maximum of 2 hour reservation.

Classroom and Activity Space Reservation Policies:
Reservation requests need to be made prior to the event/meeting/practice. Requests submitted 2 days prior to date may not be processed.

    3. Submit to Facility Manager:

Reservations must be made:

• 5 days prior for activity/athletic non-fundraising events scheduled during building hours
• 14 days prior for activity/athletic fundraising events scheduled during building hours
• 3 weeks (21 days) prior for a social
• 3 weeks (21 days) prior for social, activity or event requiring the tarp to cover gymnasium floor.
• 3 weeks (21 days) prior for social, activity or event not scheduled during building hours.
