Fringe Benefits Management Co. (FBMC) is a third party administrator of companies that participate in the Commonwealth's voluntary payroll deduction program. A fee is charged for services provided by FBMC, which is either paid by the employee or the company providing the service. These companies provide life, health, dental, cancer, disability, automobile, and home owners insurance; financial planning; 403(b) tax-sheltered annuities; mutual funds; and other investment/savings programs.
