A Message from the Senior Class President
Dear Seniors,
Can you believe Spring Break is almost here? Our final semester is flying by and the countdown to graduation is underway! With less than three months left at RU, there are many things left to do. Whether it’s finding that dream job, spending precious time with your best friends, or successfully passing those few final classes, I wish you the best of luck!
As your class president, I have many exciting plans coming up for our class including the traditional Senior Week at the end of April. If you haven’t joined my Senior Class Facebook group, I invite you to join today. It is called the RU Class of 2009 group. I keep the site updated with information and events important to our class.
I would also like to encourage you to give $20.09 to the Senior Class Gift. The class gift is our first opportunity to give back to RU and follow in the footsteps of fellow alumni who provided items we take for granted as students such as The Bonnie. Did you know that it opened the fall of our freshman year thanks to generous alumni?
As an added bonus, all seniors who give $20.09 will be invited to the exclusive “25 Days” cookout on April 14.
In the next few weeks, you’ll hear more about the Senior Class Gift and if you have any questions, please email me at ru2009@radford.edu.
Best of luck,
Juliann Abercrombie
Senior Class President
