- I chose this job because it offers plenty of flexibility after the initial startup, and the rate of the business growth depends on the amount of work that is put into it.
- Some of the challenges that go along with this particular job are that first, every decision that a business owner makes regarding the startup business and thereafter affect every aspect of the business. Also budgeting for the business could be a challange in itself since, especially during these time, financing for businesses is not always readily available.
- Starting your own business and being your own boss, if done right, can be very rewarding, but the main strategy that has to be used in order to be succesful is PLENTY of research.
- One of the biggest mistakes that people starting their own business make is that they try to turn a hobby into a living without incorporating all the overhead costs and maintaining an emergency fund.

- I chose this job because it incorporated many aspects of running a succesfull business from both, the business side and the IT side. It also offers many problem solving opportunities and allows you to work with other teams within the company to solve complex IT problems and minimize human error through technology innovation.
- Some of the challenges that are involved in obtaining this job are that it requires Recurrent Training not only in what was learned in College, but also you will need to keep up with the growing trends in technology which changes at a tremendous rate.

- I chose this job because it allows an individual to be able to explore the wide range of Media Studies while still giving them flexibility to concentrate on a certain area. It is also extremely fast paced and the room for advancement is extremely wide.
- Some of the challenges involved in obtaining this job are that indivduals must be willing to relocate constantly due to the job being highly dynamic.

- Obtaining experience in the field of Media Studies prior to applying to this job in order to be set apart from other applicants.
