Demand Limit
Monitors the campus electrical usage and shutsdown selected equipment when usage approaches peak target.
Duty Cycle
Cycles equipment off for 15 minutes every hour.
Outdoor Air Reset
Determines the amount of heating or cooling that is needed dependent on outside air temperature.
Building Shutdown
The mechanical systems in all buildings except Residential buildings on campus are shutdown at 11:00 p.m..
Window Contacts
Switches are used on windows of residential buildings to shut individual heating and cooling systems down when a window is open.
