Staffing for the Carpenter Shop includes one supervisor, four carpenters, three carpenter assistants and one 1500 hour wage employee. One of the carpenters also serves as the locksmith for the campus. Their primary task is to maintain and repair building components such as:
      • doors
      • windows
      • walls
      • ceilings
      • wall-mounted equipment, such as white marker boards, bulletin boards, shelving, etc.
Minor renovations to office areas are another facet of the Carpenter Shop. These renovations usually involve building or removing walls, changing doors and re-configuring spaces. Classroom upgrades, such as conversion to multimedia use, is another example of the work that this Shop completes.
