Davis Hall is an academic building.  There is a chiller, hot water converter, 6 AHU's, and FCU's in this building.
Dedmon Center is a sports complex with an arena, pool, exercise areas, weight rooms, locker rooms and offices.  The roof of the arena is kept in place with the use of 6 AHU's.  They control the air pressure to ensure that the roof stays in place.  There are 9 AHU's for the pool areas and offices, FCU's in some offices and a Boiler for Hot Water .
Draper Hall is a dormitory.  There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Fairfax Hall has classrooms and offices.  There is heat only in this building from Zone control pneumatic valves which modulate for steam flow to radiators.
Floyd Hall is a dormitory.  There are 3 Energy Recovery Units for Make-Up air on the roof, a chiller, hot water converter and FCU's in each dorm room.  There are individual room thermostats for control within each room.  The dial adjustment on the thermostat will increase/decrease the set point for the room.  The rooms also have window sensors and occupancy sensors to determine when the windows are open or the room is un-occupied.  The FCU will shut down and only operate at un-occupied set points if these conditions occur.
Heth Hall is an administration building.  There is a bowling alley, billiards rooms and other activity based rooms.  There is a chiller, hw converters in basement and attic, 9 AHU's, VAV's, and FCU's in this building.  Some of the FCU's are still pneumatic controls.
Ingles Hall is a dormitory.  There is a chiller, hw converter, 1 AHU for Make-Up air and FCU's in each room.  The dial adjustment on the thermostat will increase/decrease the set point for the room.  The FCU's run at all times to keep the space at set point.
Jefferson Hall is a dormitory with Networking offices in the basement.  The Networking offices have a separate condensing unit for cooling purposes.  The dormitory itself is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Lucas Hall has no DDC controls.
Madison Hall is a dormitory.  There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Martin Hall is an administration building.  There is a chiller, 2 converters (Martin/Preston), 4 Existing AHU's, 2 AHU's, 2 Make-Up air AHU's, FCU's and VAV's.  Parts of the building still have dual temperature control.
McConnell Hall - Library.  There is a chiller, hot water converter, 5 AHU's, FCU's, VAV's and a Make-Up Air unit.  Some of the controls are still pneumatic.
McGuffey Hall is an academic building.  There is a chiller with ice storage capacity, 7 AHU'S and FCU's in this building.
Moffett Hall is a dormitory.  There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Muse Hall is partially dormitories, dining areas, offices and classrooms.  The majority of the building is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.  There is a chiller and cooling tower for the dining areas, classrooms and offices.
Norwood Hall is a dormitory.  There is a chiller and hot water converter for this building.  This is also a Dual Temperature system.
Peery Hall is a dormitory that was renovated in 2003. Peters Hall was renovated in 2003.  There is a chiller, 4 AHU's, VAV's with re-heat valves and hot water converters for this building.  AHU-4 serves the Gym only.  The other AHU's provide conditioned air to the VAV's.
Pocahontas Hall is a dormitory. There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Porterfield Hall is an academic building.  There are 2 chillers w/cooling tower, hot water converter, 8 AHU's and VAV's in this building.  There are still some pneumatic controls for the multi-zone units and summer/winter changeover.  Parts of this building are Dual Temperature system controls.
Powell Hall is an academic building.  There are 2 chillers w/cooling tower, hot water converter, steam heat to radiation type heaters, 4 AHU's and FCU's in this building.  The first floor is still mostly pneumatic controls while the second floor has been renovated to DDC control.
Preston Hall is an academic building.  There are 6 AHU's, 1 Chiller w/cooling tower, hot water converter, VAV's and FCU's in this building.  There are still some pneumatic controls on the older AHU's.
Reed Hall is an academic building.  There are 3 chillers, 1 AHU, VAV's, 4 Phoenix Hoods, hot water converter and FCU's in this building.
Russell Hall is an academic building.  The Radford University Police Department is located in this building.  The campus Fire Alarm system has terminals in the Police Department.  There is a chiller w/cooling tower, 1 AHU and FCU's in this building.  There are still some pneumatic controls in this building.
Stuart Hall is a dormitory.  It is currently under renovation to install controls similar to Floyd and Peery Halls.
Trinkle Hall is a dormitory. There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Tyler Hall is a dormitory with offices in the ground floor.  This building has a chiller w/cooling tower,         3 AHU's and FCU's.  This building has a Dual Temperature System.
University Services Center is a support building.  This building has a chiller, boiler, 9 AHU's, 1 H&V (Heat and Ventilation), and 1 HRU (Heat Recovery Unit).
Waldron College is an academic building.  This building has a chiller w/Ice storage capacity, hot water converter, 2 AHU's and VAV's. 
Walker Hall is an academic building.  There are 3 chillers, hot water converter, 8 AHU's, FCU's and VAV's in this building.
Washington Hall is a dormitory. There is Heat Only in this building from pneumatic (air) control valves to each zone and a Hawkeye Power Meter for measuring the KW for this building.
Whitt Hall is a academic building.  There is a chiller, hot water converter, 2 AHU's and FCU's in this building.  The majority of this building is still pneumatic controls.
Young Hall is an academic building.  There is a chiller, hot water converter, 1 AHU and FCU's in this building.  The controls are Dual Temperature for this building.
