Customer Service receives all University requests and maintenance issues by telephone, email and fax. All incoming work is prioritized and dispatched via radio when necessary. Once entered in our automated information system, the status of your request can be continually tracked, as well as all associated job costs.

We also schedule cars and vans for the University community.
Customer Service is your "link" to all employees and departments with Facilities Management.
If we don't have the answers, we will find the answers, or connect you to the right person for most any question you could possibly have concerning Facilities Management.
