Welcome to Exit 109's submission system. This form must be filled out completely. If any part is left blank we WILL NOT publish the submission. If you are unable to photograph and/or scan your artwork, please contact us to make arrangements to have it photographed.

You may enter up to, but no more than eight (8) submissions.

By submitting this form, I hereby give Exit 109 permission to use the work I have submitted as promotional material for Exit 109 as well as for Student Media purposes. I understand that I will receive no monetary awards from Radford University, Exit 109 or Student Media upon publication of my submission. I understand that if accepted, my work may also be displayed on Exit 109's Web Site. I also release Exit 109 from any and all liability regarding my work. By submitting, I am also verifying that my submission in no way infringes upon the copyright or trademark of another individual or corporation. I certify that the work I have submitted is my own and that if it is found not to be my own, judicial charges may be brought against me. I understand that any work submitted by me and published by Exit 109 becomes the sole property of Exit 109 and that, should I wish to submit it to another publication, I must obtain the explicit, written consent of Exit 109 to do so.
