IT Security Tip
No one from DoIT will ever ask you to disclose your password over the phone or through email. Anyone requesting your password or asking for your password through email should be reported immediately.
IT Tip
While holding down "Ctrl" on your keyboard, rotate the scroll wheel in the middle of your mouse. On most computers this will magnify or shrink the size of websites. Rolling the mouse wheel up will make everything bigger. Rolling the mouse wheel down will have the opposite effect.
IT Sustainability Tip
Print on both sides of a sheet of paper, or use the back sides of old documents for faxes, scrap paper or drafts.
Accessibility Tip
Visually impaired people using screen readers often move through a page by tabbing from link to link. "Click here" does not give the impaired individual information about what the link is about. Instead, link words that describe the link, such as "Financial Aid Information."
