Security Tip
To help securely manage multiple passwords, consider using Password Safe, an app that works on Windows and Mac computers and was designed by well-known cryptographer Bruce Schneier:

IT & Sustainability Tip
Print out any webpage without its background colors using the Internet Explorer setting "Print background colors and images" to speed up your printing and save printer ink. Generally, the IE setting "Print background colors and images" is disabled, but the important thing for users to remember is to always preview WebPages before printing.

In IE, users can go to File menu, then click on Print Preview option. Then users can enable or disable print background colors option, by opening the system IE and clicking the Tools menu. Then go to Internet Options and open it and click the Advanced tab to scroll down to the option Printing section.

Users can then check the option "Print background colors and images" then Apply and click ok.
