Student Support

Students can register for a Wintermester class using their PIN through the OneCampus portal until December 14. Students may only register for one class during Wintermester. To drop a class, students need to send an email with their student ID number and the course name and number to the Registrar's office at registrar@radford.edu.

Need extra help with a class? Online tutoring services are available through NetTutor.  NetTutor can be accessed by logging into OneCampus, clicking on the D2L icon and then clicking the "NetTutor" link under the "Radford University Support" link on the D2L Home Page toolbar.

Technology support for both faculty and staff during Wintermester term will be available Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., December 12, 2023 thru January 12, 2024, except holidays.  If you are experiencing issues outside business hours, please leave a voice message and a technician will get back with you within the next business day.  Be sure to include email and phone contact information.

D2L Support is available 24/7 by calling (888) 880-7302 or by filling out the Online Support Form.  In addition, there are several D2L links which have a wealth of how-to and step-by-step documentation and videos.  Examples inlude how to navigate, assessing content, submitting assignments, checking grades and creating discussions.  The D2L Support Links are located on the Home Page of D2L on the main toolbar under "D2L Support".
