After the big day has passed, we are sure that you will be looking forward to receiving your diploma in the mail! As you depart from campus, our faculty and staff will continue working on your behalf. The process will go as follows:
- Faculty will submit fall semester grades and the grades will be posted to your online degree audit; however, your degree will not be conferred until the Registrar’s Office has performed a final degree check and cleared you for graduation. This is an ongoing process and takes several weeks for all students to be processed.
- You may request transcripts from the Registrar’s Office and request that they be held until your degree has been posted. You may complete the transcript request form online. Be sure to check the box that says “Please hold my transcripts for the following information: degree posting.”
- Diplomas will be mailed to your permanent address by early February. Ensure that your address is correct and that you have no blocks on your account by checking the Student Information System. If you need to update your address, this can be done online at Address and Phone Number Update.
