Important Reminder about CMS Access
As we have wrapped up the spring semester, Web Strategy and Interactive Media reminds you that if you have student workers who have left your employment BUT are continuing as Radford University students, you must let us know to remove their access to your website. This would also include any regular full- or part-time employees who have access to your website but have transferred to another department. With no action from you, the user will continue to have access to edit/update your website.
To request access be removed, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- the username for the user who needs to have access removed
- the site for which you would like access removed
