Special Purpose Faculty Position

Radford University (RU) invites applications for a nine-month special purpose position in the School of Nursing beginning fall 2014. Responsibilities include teaching, scholarship, and service with expectations of recent clinical practice. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing and/or a Doctorate in Nursing. Unencumbered Virginia licensure eligibility is also required. Preference will be given to those persons with the clinical experience and the desire to teach undergraduate students. Expectations include undergraduate clinical and lecture.


Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Applicants must provide a letter of application, current vita, and contact information for three professional references. Successful candidates will be required to provide official transcripts.
