Kimberly Carter, Ph.D., RN
Dr. Carter is the director of the Radford University School of Nursing in the Waldron College of Health and Human Services. In addition to her administrative responsibilities as director, she is a nurse educator, researcher, and research coordinator for HCA Montgomery Regional Hospital. She has clinical experience in hospital and public settings. She presently serves on numerous boards and has been active in policy issues advocating for the homeless and other underserved populations. She serves on the Editorial Review Board for Advances in Nursing Science, the Journal of Advanced Nursing, and Public Health Nursing.
