You have an opportunity to play a lasting role in this exciting project. Major gifts that support specific components of the project will be permanently recognized in the building.
COBE naming opportunities.

A Seat of Honor, Covington Center for Visual and Performing Arts

Proceeds go toward furnishings, equipment and other enhancements to the Covington Center.
$1,000 to name one seat, $1,750 for two seats.
Total amount is payable over two years with an initial gift of $100.
Plaques can be engraved with three lines, a maximum of 20 letters per line.
Plaques are placed after gift pledge has been fulfilled.

Pavers and Benches

The Alumni Walk of Fame is available to alumni, family, friends, faculty and staff at Radford University. The area is located on the former Adams Street near Cook and Waldron halls.

The Hawes Family

Porterfield Hall Theatre Space Dedicated to Benefactors

In appreciation of contributions to the university by their families, the studio theatre in Porterfield Hall is now the Dr. James W. and Lilli Hawes Studio Theatre, and the costume studio is the Ann Gardner Gray Costume Studio.

The dedication ceremony was one of several events sponsored by the College of Visual & Performing Arts during the Family and Fall Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. It was an opportunity for theatre alumni, family and friends to immortalize the honorees, said Carl Lefko, director of the School of Dance & Theatre. “They are with us to celebrate this special day,” he said. “All of us have fond memories in this space.”
