Director

David R Stuart Jr is new to Radford University. David joined RU in August 2014 as the Director of the newly formed office of Student Standards and Conduct. In his current role David is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership, management and vision for the Office of Student Standards and conduct. 

David Stuart received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Chemistry from Salisbury University (2005) and his Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University (2007). David has also worked at Alvernia University in Reading, PA where he held the positions of Assistant and Associate Director for Residence Life before becoming the Director of Community Standards.        

 

Dausin-Devin

Devin J. Beyma 
Associate Director

Devin Beyma joined Radford University in February 2012 and currently serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Student Standards and Conduct. In this role Devin coordinates the University's Standards of Student Conduct system for off-campus students.

Devin received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University (2006), and her Master of Education in Counselor Education (Student Affairs) from Clemson University (2008). Devin has also worked at Virginia Tech as a Residential Learning Coordinator.

Dowdy-Kimberly

Kim Dowdy
Case Manager

Kimberly A. Dowdy, MAT joined Radford University as the Office of Student Standards and Conduct Case Manager (July 2014). In this capacity Kim trains and oversees Student Assistants and Graduate Assistants in the office. She manages and supports the operations of the campus conduct process including tracking, compliance, and administration of program assessment functions. Kim supports residential conduct functions and provides administrative support to the Student Standards and Conduct team.

Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an Elementary Education teaching certificate from Central Connecticut State University (1997), and her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University (1999).  Kim served as Associate Director for Recreation Services and Programs at Clemson University, Associate Director for Student Programs at The Catholic University of America, Associate Director of Leadership Development at Virginia Tech, and has worked in a variety of education and administrative roles throughout her career.
