We present various health topics on campus to create awareness and provide information to students in a fun-filled manner. Our programs include group discussions, presentations, video-discussions and games like Jeopardy, Bingo, and Bargain.
To schedule a health presentation/program for your class, club, student group, or residence hall, please complete the Program Request Form at least one week in advance and return it to Sarah Kenney.
Student Health Awareness Club
Students helping students is what the Student Health Awareness Club (SHAC) is all about.
It is a health education network that consists of a motivated group of students who are interested in promoting college health. We help organize fun health activities on campus and act as a liaison between the health center and the student body. We encourage others to lead healthy lifestyles and set examples of positive health behaviors. If you like to meet new people, gain volunteer experience, and learn new skills, then SHAC might just be the club for you.
Membership is FREE. To become a SHAC member please email club president Michelle Ferguson mlferguson@email.radford.edu.
