Radford University has partnered with Greenhill Apartments at Radford to provide additional housing options to upperclass students. The university operates four buildings in the Greenhill complex. All apartments have four or five single bedrooms, two full baths and are completely furnished.

Residents also have access to the complex ammenities, including multiple basketball courts, volleyball courts, fitness center, game room and pool (opening Summer, 2012).
