Residence Halls
University residence halls will close on Friday, May 10 at 5:00 pm. Residents are required to check-out of their rooms 24 hours after their last exam or 5:00 pm Friday, May 10th, whichever is earlier. All residents except graduating seniors and those participating in commencement ceremonies (prior approval required) must be moved out by this time.
Information regarding closing procedures and signing up for a check-out time will be posted in the residence halls. Residents are required to check out with a Residential Life staff member and return their keys before leaving campus. Residents will be billed $125 for unreturned keys and may be billed for other damages or cleanliness issues.
APARTMENTS
Davis Street, Green Hill Apartment, and Calhoun Street Apartment residents must vacate their units by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2013
