The ONE Card

The ONE Card, which is Radford University’s ID and debit card, provides all-in-one access to University facilities, programs and services. The Radford University ID Office, previously known as the RU Express Office, has changed its name to the Radford University ONE Card Office. This name change aligns with the University’s adoption of a more modern ID card.

Current Radford University students, faculty and staff can exchange their current RU Express Card for the updated ONE Card by visiting the ONE Card Office in Heth Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. When exchanging your current ID, a new photo will need to be taken. Additionally, you will need to bring your current ID with you in order to obtain a new one. If you do not have your current ID to exchange, a replacement fee of $20 will be charged.

All incoming students will be issued a ONE Card as part of their Quest experience. Students, faculty and staff at Radford University Carilion will be issued a ONE Card as part of their orientation process.

Stop by the Radford University ONE Card Office today and make your Highlander experience one of a kind!!!

The ONE Card is the official identification card for Radford University. It is used for access to meal plans, to make purchases from vending and snack machines, for access to laundry facilities, as payment for printing in computer labs and also serves as a building key for all residence halls and several academic areas. In addition to these on-campus uses, there are off-campus merchants that accept the ONE Card as a method of payment for student convenience. Learn more about the ONE Card.
