These dates apply to Full Board applications, continuations, or modifications only, or for other protocols where the reviewer has referred it to the Full Board for further input and review. The IRB meets every 3rd Monday of the month, but the date may change in order to avoid a Monday holiday or to ensure a quorum.

If you determine, or are notified by the IRB Administrator, that your proposed protocol is "Full Board," you must submit your application to the IRB Administrator by the submission deadline.  Any protocols submitted after that month's deadline will be reviewed at the next month's meeting.

The deadline for full board protocol submission is listed below for each month; any protocols received after this date will not be reviewed by the IRB committee until the following month.

**Please allow up to 4 weeks for Exempt and Expedited protocol processing, but allow at least 6 weeks for Full Board submissions. 

**Please note that some Full Board submissions are required to be re-reviewed at a subsequent meeting.  Please plan accordingly.
