Logan is a passionate individual who strives for performance. He has five years of wrestling experience, with knowledge in building lean muscle and losing useless body fat. Logan is majoring in sports medicine to become a Physical Therapist. His favorite hobbies include bodybuilding, weightlifting, hiking, and rock climbing. Logan is enthusiastic to help you achieve your goals and recover from your injuries.

Josh V., ACE-CPT

Personal Trainer

Josh is a Fitness, Strength, and Conditioning major that has been working out for over 8 years. He enjoys working out and pursuing his strength and mass goals, and has a passion for helping other achieve their goals. He is an easy going guy that can make any workout both fun and educational.

Personal Trainer

Luke  is an ACE certified personal trainer. He is currently an (ESHE) Fitness Strength and Conditioning major. He has experience with cutting weight, powerlifting, and hypertrophy.

Yalaina  is majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Sports Science and Exercise. She is currently a certified ACE Personal Trainer Certification and loves to workout. She has played tennis and competed in Horse shows.Yalaina has a passion for bodybuilding and loves to motivate people to get in the gym and have fun. She can't wait to work with clients to change their mind and body!
