Collector's Choice Exhibition at the Covington Center

The Art Museum in the Covington Center is currently hosting the Collector’s Choice art exhibition and is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. until Feb. 28.

The unique exhibition features works from the private collections of members of the Arts Society, the group of alumni and benefactors who support the College of Visual and Preforming Arts by funding scholarships, conferences, touring ensembles and more.

The showcase hosts a wide variety of works from different time periods, mediums and subject material, and features both local and historically famous artists.

“This exhibition is a wonderful way for people to experience great art and see the diverse types of art being collected right here in the New River Valley,” said Steve Arbury, professor of Art History and the director of the Radford University Art Museum.
