Courtney Bell has been named coordinator of the Radford University's Disability Resource Office (DRO).
"We are excited to welcome Courtney," said DRO Director Angela DeVore-Greene. "She brings a wealth of experience in assisting students on their educational journeys and a knowledge of the campus as well."
Bell joins the DRO after a year as an academic specialist in the RU Student Support Services' TRIO program. In her new position, she will coordinate services for students with disabilities, serve as an advocate for the DRO and participate in the office's slate of training events.
"I am passionate about helping students, and I love being able to assist in a way that can positively impact their academic careers at Radford University," said Bell, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in early education and Master of Education degree in special education from Ohio University.
