    You will work with two female therapists and peers to increase your ability to build satisfying relationships. The group will have a broad focus so that members can work on relationship challenges that apply to their lives. Some possible themes include setting healthy boundaries, increasing confidence, intimacy and communication. Group counseling is a confidential environment to work on challenges that many people face. To sign up, call Student Counseling Services at 540-831-5226 or come by the office. There will be a brief screening to make sure group is a good fit for you.
