Overcoming Stress and Anxiety Counseling Group

In the Overcoming Stress and Anxiety group, you will learn practical skills to help you decrease your stress, as well as relieving anxiety and worry. If you are experiencing stress or anxiety and want to learn practical ways to solve these problems in a safe space, then this group (limited to 10 or fewer members) would be great for you.

If interested, call Student Counseling Services at 540-831-5226. Students will undergo a brief screening to ensure that this group is a good fit for their needs. Depending on attendence, the group will likely be closed to new members after Sept. 19.
