Keep Calm and Come To Group: Counseling Group for Stress Reduction

In this group, you will learn practical skills to decrease stress and worry. Understanding how stress affects you physically and emotionally will help you cope with stressors before they overwhelm you. This group can help you find the coping skills that work best for you and implement them when you need them most.
