In order to further streamline the procurement process for small purchases, the Bank of America - VISA - Small Purchase Charge Card (SPCC) is now available for your use. The SPCC program provides the university with a payment tool that simplifies the payment process. The use of the SPCC reduces the number of accounts payable transactions by consolidating multiple invoices into one monthly invoice from Bank of America and also benefits the vendor/supplier by providing them payment within as little as three business days. Use of the SPCC requires university card holders to follow all established state as well as university policies and procedures.

The Program Administrator must receive the Purchasing Charge Card Request Form & Purchasing Card Employee Agreement before a card will be issued. Training on policy and procedures is required and will be scheduled before a card will be distributed. Please contact the program administrator with any questions.
