Why take the Questionnaire?

The CPQ is an online tool used by the Pre-major Advising Center to help us assist our students in their persistence to succeed, as well as to evaluate our University’s effectiveness. Your Pre-major advisor will ask you to take this survey prior to your mid-semester appointment in the fall. Your cooperation and honesty in taking this survey is appreciated; there are no right or wrong answers. At your final fall appointment, your advisor will go over your results and discuss how you can get the most out of your Radford University Experience. 

Taking the Questionnaire

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.  Before logging in:

• Make sure you have 30 minutes set aside
• You will need your student ID number
• Your advisor will give you the access code
• Take the CPQ
