In a counseling session, you will talk with someone who will support
and assist you in achieving your academic, career and personal goals.
By addressing emotional or relationship issues, you may be better able to concentrate on your goals. If you find you need more long-term or specialized services, you will be referred to a community provider.
Counselors also provide consultation service to students, faculty, staff and parents who may be concerned about a student, roommate or family member. They offer guidance on how to best handle concerns.
