Purchasing, Paying, Appealing
For all Radford University students and employees who need to purchase a parking decal, pay a parking citation, or appeal a parking citation, please follow these steps.
- Login to your MyRU account
- Click on the "My Accounts" tab
- Click on the "Parking" link under the "Quick Links" box and follow the directions.
Who is eligible to park in the Preferred LEFE (Low Emission Fuel Efficient) parking spaces?
Only vehicles on the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) list may park in the LEFE vehicle parking spaces. This ACEEE list, which evaluates vehicles based on a number of variables that contribute to environmental impact, consists of vehicles that ACEEE has determined to have a green score of 40 or above. This green score lies on a scale from zero to 100; a higher score translates to a vehicle that is considered to have less of an environmental impact. Details regarding vehicle green score ratings, which are established by ACEEE, can be found at http://www.greenercars.org/greenbook_method.htm. (Please note that this web site is part of the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.) Please note that Parking Services does not have any influence on which cars make or do not make the list.
