Each year Radford University financially supports students studying internationally in through a generous gift from the McGlothlin Fund. If you are interested in applying for the Awards please complete the online application.

AIFS Study Abroad Scholarships and Grants

Radford University partners with the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS) connecting RU students to educational experiences around the globe. AIFS offers scholarships and grants to students participating in summer and semester programs. Visit AIFS for more information.

Boren Scholarships

The Boren Scholarships provide a unique funding opportunities up to $20,000 for undergraduate students to study abroad in less commonly taught languages in world regions critical to U.S. interests and in underrepresented study abroad countries such as Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

This scholarship offers U.S. undergraduate students receiving Federal Pell Grants the opportunity to receive funding for study abroad or internships abroad. For more information on this scholarship, please visit the Gilman Scholarship website.

IEC Scholarship Database
