Affiliate Programs

Radford University holds memberships and affiliations with a number of third-party study abroad providers with connections to programs across the globe for semester- and year-long opportunities. These programs are provided in locations where RU does not have an exchange program. Students are charged a fee that usually includes at least tuition and housing, and RU will charge $25 per credit hour to:

  • transfer the grades back to the RU campus,
  • maintain status as an RU student for course registration, and
  • prevent the need to reapply for admissions.

Many scholarships and all federal financial aid may be used to pay for most semester affiliate programs.

Below is a list of our top five affiliate programs. If you are interested in studying abroad, but your location of interest is not offered via an exchange program then affiliate programs are a good place to start.
