With support from a $100,000 grant on behalf of the Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP), Radford University is launching the Highlander Works Grant Program to support student participation in work-based learning opportunities.

Held March 7 at Roanoke College, the multi-phase summit’s centerpiece was an hourlong dialogue among the heads of regional colleges and universities. Also on offer were networking opportunities and break-out classes on linking students with expanded training and employment opportunities.
