"Crimes of the Heart" is about three sisters attempting to discover their own identity. They collectively deal with family problems and individual challenges. The bizarre yet believable characters in Henley's Southern gothic comedy struggle to deal with despair, loneliness and failure. Humor enables the MaGrath sisters to find meaning and happiness in life.

RU Outdoors Alumni Adventures: Caving, An all-inclusive trip to Pig Hole Cave $ *

Do you remember going on an RU Outdoors trip when you were in school? Did you graduate without joining us on an adventure? Well, this homecoming weekend you and your family can join RU Outdoors on one of our Alumni Adventures. Join us on an alumni-only trip to Pig Hole Cave. Begin with a 120-foot rappel into the mouth of the massive cave. Then follow your trip leader through several passageways and cross the mud bridge. Enjoy lunch – on us – underground near a beautiful rim stone dam named the Queens Bath. Finish up by walking through the borehole passageway and out of the manhole entrance. This is sure to be an adventure to remember. Participants should expect to get muddy and be exposed to some tight crawls. Limit of 8 spots and participants must be at least 16 years old. Questions? RU Outdoors Alumni Adventures for Change: All-inclusive Service Trip *

Join current Radford University students on a day of service along the scenic Appalachian Trail. RU Outdoors works with the Appalachian Trail Conservancy to remove invasive species and perform trail maintenance along the heavily used trail that spans from Georgia to Maine. Expect a full day of service labor in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains and lunch – on us – at a scenic overlook along the trail. Limit of 18 spots and participants should be at least 10 years old. • Free Alumni T-shirts – The homecoming tradition is back! Alumni that stop by the main tent will receive their official weekend t-shirt while supplies last.
• Lacrosse Alumni Game – Bring your chairs or sit on Moffett lawn to cheer on our alumni as they take to the field. The Highlander Pipes and Drums will kick off the game.
• Chariot Races – The return of the Greek chariots races for the special halftime program.
• Parade of Tents – Who will have the best decorated tent and take home the 2017 Highlander Spirit Rock? Affinity student groups can request a small tent, table and chairs to decorate and showcase their school spirit for their returning alumni/families. Join RU Outdoors on an alumni-only day hike to the most photographed location on the Appalachian Trail, McAfee's Knob. Participants should expect to hike around four miles to the top of the overlook and four miles back down. Lunch will be provided at the peak, which boasts a breathtaking view of the Catawba Valley.
