Accounting Services
The Accounting Services Department is responsible for all university disbursements, both from state and local funds. Additionally,
the department is responsible for the university payroll operation, fixed asset accounting system and the Equipment Trust Fund.
Controller's Office
The Controller's Office is responsible for providing fiscal services to the university and serves as an interface with external agencies for fiscal matters. The Controller’s Office is responsible for ensuring that all funds are properly received, spent, and reported in accordance with university policies and State and Federal regulations.
Financial Reporting/General Accounting
Financial Reporting prepares all university financial reports and monitors fixed assets.
General Accounting is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the automated finance accounting system along with performing accountant reconciliations.
Office of Budget & Financial Planning
The Office of Budget and Financial Planning provides the primary support and analysis to university leadership in fiscal and budgetary policy development and coordinates the preparation of the State biennial budget request process.
Office of Policy Compliance
The Office of Policy Compliance provides oversight of the Radford University Policy and Procedure Manual, the official repository for all University Policies and Procedures which have a broad impact on the campus community. The Office of Policy Compliance addresses questions and conerns regarding the development, review and approval of policies and related procedures.
Procurement and Contracts
Procurement and Contracts ensures compliance with university and state policy and procedures in procuring goods and services and is responsible for the administration of contracts and agreements and the campus supplier diversity program.
