School of Communication Office Assistant:
Basic computer experience with ability to use a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Good oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. Must be responsible and able to work with a team or independently using discretion and good judgment. Must also be dependable and punctual. Must NOT be a School of Communication major.
To assist with maintenance of storage areas and inventory, filing, copying, shredding, delivering departmental on campus mail, daily post office pickups and deliveries. Other duties as assigned.
