Facilities Management  (Administration) Opportunity  Fall/Spring 2012/2013   (1 position)

Job Qualifications:
Basic computer experience and ability to use a variety of computer applications; good oral and written communications skills; ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues; ability to work independently and with good judgment; must have a good conduct record; good customer service and interpersonal skills.  Valid driver’s license.  Previous office experience preferred.

Job Description:
Receives incoming telephone calls, greets visitors to the office, filing, copying, shredding, assisting office staff with special assignments, and other duties as assigned.
